Micellar casein is the slowest digesting protein found in dairy. It's added to Fastful to keep you fuller, longer. For many people, this simply means getting from dinnertime to bedtime without feeling the need to snack. Whey protein isolate is also included in Fastful, which is the fastest digesting protein found in dairy. This is added to satisfy hunger quickly following a meal.
Yes. All Fastful bars are certified Gluten Free.
No, Fastful does not contain GMO's, added sugar, eggs or soy.

Although Fastful is derived from dairy, the amount of lactose contained is actually very small. Most people who are lactose intolerant are able to enjoy Fastful without concern.
